I have a Samsung Galaxy J-7 Sky Pro. I last was able to sync on Apr.24, 2018.
When I try to manually sync, after a short period of time, it displays a red dot with an exclamation point in the dot. I've turned the phone off and on & attempted to update th app with no luck.

I can sync it with the old J5, but there's no way to sync it with my mother's j7 😕
(or my, or my father's phone), same problem, same red dot. "Phone not supported"

I've been using the j-7 for several months with no problem. The last time I was able to sync was on April 24.
