I took off my Inspire HR for a couple days and now it won't sync with the Fitbit app on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned off bluetooth and turned it back on, made sure my phone and my Fitbit are charged. I don't know what else to do. Help?

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I can't synch my Flex (original) and I get an error message stating that Fitbit.com is down for maintenance.
Just got off phone with tech support and the rep claims that the problem is not system wide but for a portion of users.
What's up with that?
