I downloaded the update and now can't get my versa 2 to sync or recognize wifi. I have s10 phone. Help

Hi @MicheleOHara as for wifi, simply putting the Versa 2 onto its powered up charger should turn on the wifi and connect.
However wifi is not used for syncing of Fitbit data and if your Fitbit app can not talk to your Versa, you wont be able to setup the wifi, which you dont need right now
Let's try the normal steps or go straight to the steps users have found that works.
Please do not remove the Versa 2 from your account, this step usually adds more problems.

In addition to the steps that were shared by @Rich_Laue, I suggest you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
