Since the recent update 3.22.1, my Versa won't sync. It is now 12:57 pm and my Versa is reading 12:01pm. I have a Samsung s10+. This seem to happen with just about every update and I try not to uodate my versa because of this. I have tried restarting the phone and other troubleshooting ideas. Nothing seems to help. Someone help please.

Hello @Billiereds, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

Thank you, tried it, still does not work. I am tired of having to go through this with every update.

Thank you. After playing around with the Fitbit and app yesterday and deleting it about 3 times I was able to get it to work. Well I'm back to it not syncing now. It was on Do Not Disturb when I went to sleep last night. Last time it synced was at 1:57am. Well its now 12:35 pm and the Fitbit time is 11:49am. I checked my phone, there is no issue there. I can't keep deleting and restarting everyday for it to work. This seems to be an issue with every update and yes it is very frustrating. I need my watch not only for work, as I am a paramedic, but for someone who works out and want to be able to track my work, calories etc, this is not helping. I wish Fitbit would figure it out.
