I am thinking that after my last samsung update is when my troubles started? I can not synce my phone and it is 2 hours behind with the clock!! HELP

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. First, I'd like to let you know that the clock is two hours behind because your device hasn't synced lately. Therefore, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Samsung mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I have done everything that has been suggested by you and the other Fitbit person I am talking with. And nothing. It is currently almost 12 hours behind now
