Hey my fit bit wont turn on any secrets im missing ive followed steps set up app etc had on charge all night

@Lillylorilayne Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Fitbit device isn't turning on. Which device do you have? Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.

Hi I have also had this problem fit bit versa lite is fully charged and working this morning but now wi display nothing and wont sunc to my phone
