My versa 2 will not sync correctly. Only getting a sync failed message. Sometimes it begins to sync then stops and gives me the same message. Have already reset device and app but nothing works. I've restarted phone and Bluetooth but no luck.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
