A few days ago I updated my Versa Lite and since then it has been failing to sync with my Huawei p smart phone and is constantly losing time.
I have tried restarting the Fitbit, turned Bluetooth off and back on the phone multiple times. I have unpaired and repaired the Fitbit with my phone multiple times which took hours of attempts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app on my phone.
I have also tried adding the Fitbit to a tablet but it fails to find the device.
After two days of battling with it I performed a factory reset on the Fitbit and it seemed to syn but now the same problem is occurring, my phone can't find the device so fails to sync and it is starting to lose time again.

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
