Just switched from an iphone 6 to LG stylo 6 and my fitbit will not stay synced! There is no sync all day button on the app like on my iphone app. I have read through numerous post here and done all the "tricks" and nothing's working! My Fitbit usage is very important to me, can someone please help? In starting to feel like I wasted a lot of money buying this phone and not being able to use my Fitbit 😞

The All Day Sync option was removed from the android app some while back. It is now on by default and cannot be turned off.
Is it not syncing at all or just a problem now and then?
If not at all, then do you still have your iPhone? If so, go into its bluetooth settings and remove any link to the fitbit as this could be blocking connection to the Stylo.

I still have my iphone, it wasn't connected to the bluetooth, but I went ahead and turned it off. After I did, and came back to my android app it said it was synced and it actually searched and found my wifi 🙂 I really hope this is solved lol!! Thank you so much for your help!

Hi guys,
Stylo 6 purchased last week, tried to sync my Versa 2. I had this very problem and solved it by disconnecting my Samsung A20 from the watch.
Fast forward to today and I realize my watch has not synced since yesterday. Unsuccessful sync attempts.led.to factory reset of the Versa 2. Stylo 6 cannot find the device. Fired up my wife's A20 (it has never had a fit connected). Instant connect and sync success.
Disconnected from A20, still same issue on the Stylo 6.

Hi @DjNilla, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for trying some troubleshooting steps. To fix this, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device on your LG Stylo 6. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if the issue persists.

Actually it's all sorted, simple phone restart. Haven't figured out why it decided to stop syncing in the first place. That's for another day though. Thanks for the reply!
