Unable to sync for couple days

Why has no one fixed the syncing problem, hasn't worked since August 21st!

Syncing has been working fine for me. Perhaps the problem is at your end?

 

Have you tried restarting your phone and restarting your fitbit using this procedure?

I've tried it all, deleting the app a few times, turning my phone off, bluetooth off! By the reviews, it's not just me! It's been almost a week, I understand a day, but this is unacceptable!

You haven't mentioned restarting your fitbit. If you have tried that a few times then perhaps contacting customer support is worthwhile - there isn't a system wide problem that they are investigating.

@SunriseJogger04 Wanted to check-in to see if you were able to successfully complete a sync since you last posted? If not, I recommend trying out @SteveH's recommendation of restarting your tracker and giving it another try.

My fitbit app is showing Sunday and it's Monday

@RUBYSMAMA Thanks for joining us in this thread! Seems odd that your Fitbit app shows as it's Sunday instead of Monday. I would like you to provide us a screenshot of the page that shows the wrong day. In the meantime, turn off your phone and turn it back on. Once this has been done, open the app and check out if it still shows the wrong day.

How many times do I need to restart my blaze before it will sync? I've tried restarting my phone, the blaze, GPS on and off in multiple locations, blue tooth on and off in multiple locations, WiFi on, booth plugged in, deleting the app and reloading.....why won't it sync?? But battery life sucks... what is it doing all this time. How track my sleep if I have to charge it every other night. All this money I paid. I should have gotten an apple watch or the Samsung version

I logged out of the fitbit app and logged back in and it reset to the correct date.

I've been having this issue for 3 days now. I've restarted my phone, made sure the phone was updated, I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, logged out and in several times, messed with my Bluetooth and i even deleted my fitbit from my app, and nothing! I can't even find my fitbit now.
