I'm unable to sync my FitBit Versa with my BlackBerry KEYone since the Oreo update. Please help. (It's an Android powered device).

@Sunny1224 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing with your phone after updating the OS. Make sure that the app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions). Go to the bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your Versa.

Fortunately, I have it up and running perfectly since yesterday. I had to unpair, uninstall the FitBit App, reinstall and pair my my Versa. I've been sick for 13+ years with PUD and GOO, and I'm underweight, but I'm loving the Sleep info and, apparently, I'm loving my FitBit Versa overall. I was so bummed because everywhere I was reading stated I couldn't pair the Versa with my BlackBerry KEYone, but it worked before the update. It took about 45 minutes, but all is working flawlessly now! Thank you for following up! That's very sweet of you!!! I also did a factory reset last Thursday, as I was receiving zero notifications since the Android 8.1.0 Oreo update, and found a lot of texts that I thought were gone! No sleep at all the night before, but I was productive yesterday after all! (I tend to function and get more done when I've had no sleep - most of the time anyway!). Now if my back doc and my GI doc were to tell me I definitely don't need surgeries, I'd be on top of the world! Being 30+ pounds underweight and sick stinks...badly! But yes! My FitBit is working like it's brand new (well, I've only had it since May! Lol!

The Jan 11, 2019 FitBit app update on Android improved syncing for me tremendously. But my BBs battery seems to have suffered for it. I can work with that though .
