I have a samsung s9+ I have restarted the versa. I have uninstalled and reinstalled software on the phone. Turned on and off my phone. Turned off and on the bluetooth. I have tried all trouble shooting steps. It doesnt find it when scanning Bluetooth.

Hello @Soulsnneed it is not suppose to find it when scanning bluetooth.
If it is a sync issue
Remove the Versa lite from the phones bluetooth.
Shutdown the phone and startup phone.
Clear the Fitbit cache and force stop the app.
If the above doesnt help the Fitbit app sync, try logging out or clear the Fitbit app data.
