Wifi sync with Samsung S8 not working Alta HR

My Fitbit Alta HR synced last @ 8pm last night. Today I have tried to unistall & reinstall the app multiple times. I have also turned off & one Bluetooth. Nothing seems to work. Also cleared cache. It will not find my device. Also reset my Network connections which I do no recommend as it removes every wifi connection from your phone. Please help....not sure what else to do.

Hi @fischerea for future, wifi would only be used by the fitbit app on the phone, It has no bearing on the bluetooth between the app and tracker?

Have you restarted the phone, better yet a phone shutdown. 

Force stopped the Fitbit app? This needs to be done through the phones settings.

You mention that it will not connect, i hope the tracker wasnt removed from your account.
