Unable to sync my charge 2

I'm unable to sync my Charge 2 on my Fitbit Android app since 3 days. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps but none of them worked. Could anyone help me out?

Was one of the steps you tried a restart using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.
