My fitbit was working fine until I updated it a few days ago. Since then there have been issues with syncing and there are connectivity issues while biking. I have tried switching off and on the phone and the blaze but to no help. Can anyone help me on this issue.?

Welcome to the Forums @Harshbhardwaj.

Thanks for sharing that you have tried turning them off and on again. Let me help you figure out what is happening.

While you have certainly tried some of what is mentioned, please try  going through the steps listed in this help article. They will help so that everything starts working properly.

In the meantime, I'd like to ask what phone is it that you have, what Android version it is running and if you are getting some sort of error message when you try to sync.

I look forward to your reply. Let me know if there are any other questions I can help you with.

Thanks for the reply. My phone is one plus 5t with Android version 9. The problem has developed after I switched to the new updated version of the fitbit app. Otherwise it was working fine before this.

Welcome to the Forums @Harshbhardwaj.

Thanks for sharing those details and explaining when this happened.

In this case it might be happening because the One Plus 5T is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone. What could've happened is that one of the updates you mentioned led to further optimization issues.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
