Hi, my Fitbit will not sync my calls or text. I have a Samsung Galaxy 10.

Hi @Melsw81, welcome to the Community Forums.
I'm sorry that your Fitbit device isn't syncing correctly, and let's work on this together. First of all, let me share that the Samsung Galaxy S10 isn't yet a fully supported device, and this will affect some features including syncing and notifications. While it may not always work correctly, please make sure of the following:
If these conditions are met, I'd recommend to remove the Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings, restart your Fitbit device and setup the notifications one more time.
Keep me posted!

Hi @Kstorhaug. It's nice to have you on board!
Thanks for your efforts while trying the steps posted above. Since your Fitbit device isn't working correctly with your Samsung Galaxy S10, please give a try to these other steps in the given order:
As mentioned above, the Fitbit app hasn't been fully optimized to work with your Samsung Galaxy S10, and this may affect some features including syncing and notifications. If the issue persists, I'd recommend to try syncing with a supported device to identify if the issue is with your phone's model or Fitbit device.
Keep me posted!

Hi @Srleko70. Welcome! It's good to see a new face around. I'm sorry for the delay.
Thanks for letting me know about your Fitbit device and the issues that you're having. When a Fitbit is set up in the Fitbit app, it bonds with your phone's Bluetooth and for this reason it's suggested to remove it from the settings so it can be reconnected after completing the troubleshooting. Since you mentioned that your watch's screen isn't working, please confirm if you're able to see a green light on the back. If not, I'd recommend to try the following:
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

I don't understand how this hasn't been resolved. I bought an s10 today and it doesn't sync. Why shouldn't I just buy a tracker that does support my phone

I literally just got my s10 yesterday. I've done everything multiple times. My boyfriend's s10 syncs with his Alta but I can't get my InspireHR to even connect in the first place. The phone is on the accepted phones list. I don't know what is going on.

I have consistently had the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy S8 and my S10+. Allegedly they are on the list of compatible devices, however, I have to constantly unpair and pair to bluetooth. I had it set up to synch through the day and it only does that occasionally. Despite opening all my settings to receive texts, my device no longer notifies me. I have done all the steps over and over. The moderators advice to keep doing it is trash--fitbit obviously has a problem and the fact they need to maintain a community forum for us to crowdsource help is bs. I'm just going to go back to my old tracker until my Samsung watch comes in.

I can't even keep my versa connected. It will go days and not sync. I have tried all of the tips and the only thing that works is to delete the device and enter it again which is useless. Definitely considering other brands since fit it hasn't been able to get the upgrade necessary to be compatible with a 2 year old phone
