I have the same problem several times a day.I have no idea why they don't fix it...

Hi @TJ129 and welcome to the Community!
Just as a heads up, I've moved your post from the iOS forum to the Android forum to help keep things tidy. The following steps should help you out:
1. Close the App and then open it again, this should initiate a sync.
2. If step one doesn't resolve the issue, turn off your Android Bluetooth for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.
3. Reboot your mobile device.
5. Force sync your tracker.
Hope this gets you back on track!
