@CherylNG A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for the details shared.
I'd like you to confirm you're following this procedure to track a run with your phone:
- Open the Exercise app
- Wait a few moments for GPS to connect. You can begin the activity as your device tries to find a signal. (Note that your device uses your step count to calculate distance until GPS is connected).
- Tap the play icon
Also please let me know if you're tracking the activity with MobileRun or with connected GPS with your Fitbit device.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

thanks for your reply.
Yes my phone shows the connected to GPS data....before the run i hvae bluetooth enabled on my phone....and then select the activity on my watch and i see that it takes a few seconds to connect and find the GPS and then it keeps track of the mileage, steps, etc but no map shows up after my run.
It used to show up with my old phone. so I dont know what I need to turn on with the new phone.
I did a virtual mini marathon last week and couldnt submit a map to back my run up.
😞
Please help
