Unable to update firmware version

new update not working on my Versa Lite. I can't even get it back to it's normal screen.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please expand on the difficulties you're experiencing with your Versa Lite after updating its firmware version? What do you mean when you say that you can't even get it back to it's normal screen?

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to install the update to the Fitbit.
After reinstalling the app on my phone, and following all of the steps I
still have been able to complete the update.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article. I am using the Samsung Galaxy 10 and it's been about 4 days since my phone
updated and I started trying to update the watch.
