My Charge 2 has failed to update, pair or sync since the 18th August. I have followed all the advice given by fitbit, from turnng off, resetting, uninstalling and now I'm about ready to throw the thing out the window. My phone is a Samsung J40 which is not on their supported list but did work initially as have had the phone since July arrrggggghhhhhhh. Can anyone help??

Best AnswerI have just resolved it it would seem having read another thread!!! I updated on my old phone then uninstalled it before installing it again on my new phone and voila it is now doing all that needs to be done! A very long winded way of doing it 😞
