How to set alarms with new update

After the new update I have not been able to figure out how to set the silent alarms or change them. Where do I find them at now since this new update.?

On the main "today" tab of the dashboard, select your profile image at the top left of the screen, then select your fitbit. You will then be on the device settings where you'll find the alarms.
