I'm am having the same problem I've redownloaded app a few times clean out cache nothing

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I move your post to the main board, in an effort to keep the forums organized. Let's try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Restart your phone
- Log back in
May I know if you're getting any error message or if the app is crashing?
