Im unable to input distance with decimal when manually logging exercise. The input field only accepts '.' point not ',' comma. Since my local language uses comma as decimal sign the point is ignored ex. 5.5 km is read as 55 km. This is only a problem i logging exercise. The weight logging accept comma and works as intented.

Hi @PetW, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following troubleshooting steps and let me know how it goes:
Force quit the Fitbit app.
Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
Reboot your mobile device.
Reinstall the Fitbit app.
Login using your account credentials.
Keep me posted.

The problem has been in the app since i got it a year ago (November 2018). Ive had multiple versions of Android and different phone where the problem is present. The currently its Android 9 on a Huwai P30. The region and language is danish but I would be surprised if not all languages that use comma as decimal sign is effected. Please let me know if you are not able to replicate the problem.

Same happened to me, but it worked when I put in 0.5 instead of just .5.

I dont think that is the same problem. It doesnt not read 0.5 as 500 meters either and its not possible for me write 0,5. The problem is that typing comma(the decimal point symbol) on the phone keyboard does not write a comma in the input field. This not a problem in any other of the apps input fields only in manual exercise logging.

Same here - when trying to enter 1.5 - android app counts it as 15.
Comma in input field (eg. value 1,5) is not possible.

I have a brand new android phone since june 2020, samsung A20 every update are done on the phone and for the fitbit apps, still have the issues, no change when you uninstall and reinstall the apps... still not working when you add manually distance with decimal, keyboard showing "," and in the apps put "." but when I saved apps showing 66 km instead of 6.6 for example.
I have a fitbit charge 2, phone keyboard in french (canada)

2022, June. Samsung s20, fitbit sense. problem still there. I can only add walks on the pc. Android : 4.65km becomes 465km. I cannot use comma (region sweden), so I basically cannot use the add exercise function on the phone... (I often do this when I've forgotten to charge the sense, but walk the same route after work)

When manually logging an exercise on treadmill (probably also other exercise types) the Fitbit app can't handle commas. When trying to enter 3.68 km, it will accept only "." as decimal point and ignore ",". However the distance is then logged as 368 km, ignoring the decimal point.
