Unavailable to update versa

Hello everyone

I cannot update my versa (phone Huawei p9 lite). The app either doesnt see my versa or freeze after a second. I rebooted phone and versa many times. 

Can anyone help me?

Try logging out of the app, then uninstall the app and log back into it. Let us know if that let's the phone see the Versa.
