Uncategorized Calories on the Fitbit app

how can I get uncategorized cals categorized in app, within galaxy A32 5G? its buggy.

 here you can see the uncategorized calories that, for some reason, are not fit into the macros even when all nutrition information is added.  I use custom and recent logging and this issue is across the board.  not just one type of food entry or another.  I'd really like to correct this glitch but androids have always been a major pain.  thanks for your help rodrigo!
