I've just received step badges for 30k, 35k, 40k, 45k steps, but I did only 27.2k steps today. All of them are marked as gained today.

Hi, @Ch33s3burg3r , welcome. I'm not sure there is anything systematically going on; you seem to be a lone outrider reporting this. May I suggest you try a couple of potential solutions?

  1. Sync your Fitbit app>go to your phone settings>apps>fitbit>force stop>clear cache. Check to see if this has resolved your issue.
  2. Sync your Fitbit app>go to your phone settings>apps>fitbit>force stop>clear Storage (this also clears the cache)>uninstall>RESTART YOUR PHONE>reload the Fitbit app from the Play Store and log in with your Google account>Set up again as required.

It's not working. Even more: today I made 35.5k steps and get all mentioned badges + badge for 50k steps 😕

Where was your watch, or could you also have the phone to count steps? Your best bet is to wait until tomorrow, then contact google at https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
