After you select your profile picture at the top left of the main dashboard in the app, is your Fitbit listed in the "Devices" section?
If not, then it suggests that the Fitbit has been disconnected from your account and things are going to be a lot more tricky. If it's not showing as a connected device you will need to do a factory reset and set up your Fitbit again from scratch. This is a drastic step and can lose data and settings so would only suggest doing this under the guidance of customer support.

Have you been able to tell whether your Fitbit is still connected to your account? If it's not then you won't be able to unlock it.
