Unresponsive device - All lights constantly flashing

This morning, my Flex 2 wouldn't sync with my Pixel 3. After various troubleshooting (un-pairing and re-pairing it with my phone) I got it to sync.

 

In the afternoon, it stopped syncing again. I thought maybe it needed charging, so I put it in the charger. (It's facing the right way.) Immediately, it started rapidly flashing lights (all four white lights + purple light), and has been constantly rapidly flashing for the past few hours. It also won't sync. I've tried removing it from the charger, resetting it multiple times, and restarting my phone, with no change. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, Fitbit support wasn't able to help me; they suggested various troubleshooting steps, which I tried, but the tracker seems pretty well dead. So I ended up having to get a new one. Just thought I'd post an update to close out the topic.

I woke up to my Flex 2 doing the same thing this morning. All lights and purple flashing. I have tried to remove my device and set it up again through my Fitbit App, but it can’t find the device. I have tried the restarting suggestion, but my Flex 2 won’t respond to it. Just keeps flashing still. Not sure what else to do? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I’m sorry to hear that. I contacted Fitbit for assistance. My device couldn’t be fixed. So I will be getting a new one. Hopefully yours can be fixed.
