Hi, the Fitbit app now crashes whenever I try to open it; it worked for a few weeks before that. No system updates occurred in between.
I tried restarting the phone, uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling, forcing the app to stop,no luck.
Phone is a Xiaomi A3, Android 10.
Thanks

no error, the app just crashes; tried cleaning cache without success, not
tried on a different phone due to no other phone available.
This started to occur one week ago, more or less.
Thanks,

Hi @gvnn, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, seems odd that you're still experiencing the same issue. To better assist you and further investigate, can you please let me know if you receive an error message when the Fitbit app crashes? When was the first time you experienced this issue? Have you tried with a different phone? In the meantime I receive your answers, please clear the cookies and cache of the Fitbit app by going to settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Clear cookies and cache.
Let me know if the issue persists, I'll be waiting for your reply.
