Fitbit app not properly working

I have been using the fitbit app on my phone for about 3 month now and just this month it started giving me issues where it is not tracking my steps it will count my calorie as I walk but not my step. So when I started seeing the issue at the start of the month I saw an update so I downloaded the update and the app started to work again, then about 2 weeks ago I saw it stopped counting again and can't get it to start again like I said it will count my calories but not my step. One other thing I am just using the app on my android phone I do not have a fitbit devise.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

The phone i am using is the new Samsung note 20 ultra this started beginning of last month worked for 1 week and stopped work and has not worked since still not working I tried everything you told me to do 3 times and nothing I even just now got the premium upgrade.
