Unresponsive device

Fitbit pretty much completely died on me. It started out screen moving on it own. Touch screen stop working then within a day from that colored lines to now nothing will enough even turn on. What terrible product.

As it turns out, your post was shared in the Android app board and your post doesn't specify which Fitbit device you're currently using, therefore, to better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit do you have? If you haven't already done so, please restart your device.
