I was setting up Versa 2 and I downloaded alexa from amazon onto my Samsung phone which runs bixby and now phone is jammed won't even let me turn it off

what do I do now?

What was the resolution?  I am so happy I thought to check this site before installing Amazon Alexa App to my Samsung.
