Where is internal download

Health summary is saying it's in internal download. When I go to my download in settings it's not there. Where do I get it on android device?

I found mine on phone by going to File Manager > Downloads.

But what I found more useful was selecting the option to share it, emailing it to myself and opening the PDF file on my PC  to see it better, or print out.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
