Samsung Galaxy S6 6.0.1
Phone has recently started to freeze and crash. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and finally got it to factory reset. It has been working since I factory reset but as soon as I installed the fitbit app it immediately started freezing again. I like to use the app on my phone so I would love it if this could get fixed.

A warm welcome to the Community @mmmoore8. Could you please tell me at what moment the app freezes, when you sync, when you tap a tile, etc? In the meantime, I recommend checking if your app is 100% updated by following the steps provided in the How do I update my Android Fitbit app? post.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I will delete and reinstall it and it will freeze either when I try to press the log in button or when I am trying to put in my email or password.
