Since the recent update you rolled is slowly causing everything to malfunction, how about rolling back the updates? As a person who works in IT, I know this can be done and a rollout with the kinds of problems this one has caused should really be an embarrassment. Hope you restructure your QC. Until then, I'm going back to my Samsung Gearfit. At the very least the watch function kept time. My fitbit is now 56 minutes behind real time.

Hi @ReadyToGoBackTo, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with our products and services, therefore, the feedback that was shared in your post is really helpful and appreciated for us to continue working and evaluating our procedures to make sure that we are delivering what our users want and need.

Keep in mind that Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing it should display the correct time if so are configured on your mobile device. That said, please verify your timezone settings and also check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be around.
