Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It might be that the store is not letting you download the update. My suggestion in this case would be for you to try to uninstall the Fitbit app and then download it and install it again. Whenever it is redownloaded, it is the latest version available.

Absolutely not. All of the information that you have already synced to your account is stored in our servers which the app connects to in order to download the information. Nothing is lost when you uninstall and the reinstall the app.

If you redownloaded the app, then there is no need to download any update as the latest version is now installed.
