Hello @tilaandrews

I hope I can help. First you mentioned you have a new phone. Please make sure your not currently connected to the Bluetooth on your old phone. It can cause a conflict. If you no longer have the phone don’t worry.

We can try to set up your Fitbit Sense as a new device. You won’t lose any of your data settings it up again as new. Your data is saved on the Fitbit servers. But, you will lose any data you collected after your last successful sync.

To set up your Fitbit Sense as a new device please follow these instructions carefully:

  1. Remove the Fitbit Sense from the Bluetooth settings. (Tap unpair on your Android) If your Fitbit Sense is not showing on your Bluetooth at all proceed to step 2
  2. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth connections.
  3. Check if the Fitbit App is updated
  4. Log out of the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  5. Restart your Fitbit Sense: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
  6. Log back into your Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up a Device.
  7. Select the Fitbit Sense and follow the onscreen instructions. When asked if you want to replace the Fitbit Sense say yes.

😃 I’m hopeful this will help you and get you paired up with your new phone. Please let me know how it goes.
