Upgraded to Charge 3 it wont connect

I have the new Charge 3 as an upgrade from the Charge HR.

I've deleted the HR but the Charge 3 won't connect to my phone Samsung S7 nor will it pickup on my fitbit account.

Hi, @SsingingSusie1! Do you still have the HR nearby? Or maybe something else that's interfering with the bluetooth? I had trouble setting up my Charge 3 until there was nothing else nearby.

I've just got back from holiday and am now working from my laptop.  Charge 3 plugged into laptop, tried connecting it through my Samsung S7 and still nothing happening at all. All there is on the Charge 3 screen is the square made up of dots and www,fitbit.com/setup scrolling underneath the square.

I've been onto my account and tried to set up device but nothing happens... disappointed at the moment.

Yes I ve got similar problem, I think!!?

 

When trying to set up charge 3 and click on the charge 3 icon, nothing happens.

 

When I click on all the other devices to see if they work and they do, it comes up with user agreement.  So its only charge 3 that won't let me set up.

 

Really really annoying!!

I have got the same problem and it is really frustrating. I have tried all of the things that the fitbit has said to do. I have had this problem for nearly a week and have tried every day to try and add the charge 3 on to my account (as I upgraded from the flex 2). Even though I have cleared the flex 2 from my account and device it will not work.

 

I think that there must be a fault with the app as it works for all the other devices but not the charge 3.
