My pc was hacked. My Fitbit password was changed, and I can't do a password reset because I'm locked out of the gmail that was used. I've opened new gmail and Fitbit accounts, but my Charge won't connect to the new account. The Charge display still works and tracks, but remains connected to the unavailable account. I'd like to retrieve my original Fitbit account, or at least get the Charge connected to the new account. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Regarding your previous account. I've informed Support and they'll be contacting you to help you with it. In the meantime, please change the password on your email account to another not used before
