I recently noticed Mirror My Phone as an option in the Notifications settings. The description says it will allow the same notifications as my phone, but sometimes it is hard to keep track of exactly what this means. Are there any good places to look for more details on what some of these and where to edit them so that I can make sure I have everything set the way I want?

Hello @njsokalski
This Fitbit article might be of some help: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit? (<-- click link)
The Mirror My Phone option allows your Fitbit device to receive the same notifications that you get from your phone as long as the app is supported in Fitbit ecosystem. You would have to look at the list of available apps and turn them on or off according to your preference.
The provided link will give instructions on how to edit the notifications from your phone.
