Versa 2 Not Syncing

Is anyone else having trouble syncing fitbit versa 2 to the app (I have a Samsung Galaxy S10)? My versa 2 has been unable to connect for a day now. I have turned off my fitbit multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and turned off and on bluetooth; my fitbit is still not connecting.

Having the same issues & now my versa 2 says data not cleared sync & try again. It won't turn on.....
