I have had a Fitbit for about 5 years. I had a Fitbit original, the Charge HR 2 & now a Fitbit Versa which never worked well since I removed it from the box. It has to be charged every 2 days, probably less than that. Now with your great update it doesn't sync with my Android phone. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling the fitbit app& I tried the sync for 2 days. Left it on to sync for 5 hours with the message we got it be patient. After 2 days of trying to get the update or the phone to sync, I have had it. I am ready to throw it in the garbage where it belongs. I will never buy a fitbit product again. Also while I am on a roll where is the oxygen sensor that you advertised with the Versa 2? False advertising?
