I just started using Versa 2 today, found that heartrate graph is not working on the app.
I’m using Android app on a pixel 4. I tried below things,
Clear cache
Uninstall the app and reinstall
Reset and power-off Versa 2
Nothing solved the problem. In the heartrate window it says "No measurements".
No matter how many times I trigger a sync.
Bluetooth also connected.
Its pretty disappointing

Are your steps showing up in the fitbit app.
