Hi,
I'm writing today to ask if there are any steps to revert back to the prior OS version that was on my device. Since 1/20 my device has not been regularly capturing HR, HRV. The more concerning of those is the base HR tracker and its impact on "active minutes". where I was averaging 30 to 50 mins per session prior to the 1/20 release, I am now averaging 0 to 13 minutes of active mins per session. My intensity, activities and duration of exercise has not changed. Right now, the device is little more than a watch to me. Any help from others or a fitbit CS monitor would be greatly appreciated.
