My Versa 2 is not compatible with my Android Galaxy phone a 10 e does anyone know if it is compatible with the Galaxy a21

Both should be compatible if they have Android 7.0 or later
See the compatible phone list.
May be its just a setup issue

If you're experiencing syncing difficulties with your Versa 2, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
