I have a Versa 2 and a Samsung S20 5G and I cannot get any phone, text or email notifications on the Versa 2. What do I do to get these no notifications to work again?

Your watch needs to be syncing for notifications to work
to check
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Sync - See when last synced it should say "a moment ago" or be recently synced
if not there may be a syncing issue
try refresh by touching circle, if that works it can sync but may be the app isn't running in background |
If its syncing ok, ensure that the notifications are setup correctly
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Notifications And verify the top 4 items are correctly defined. Also App notifications and select any apps you want to hear from. |
