Hi @Cutler200626. It's nice to see a new face around.

I'm glad that you got the Versa 2, and after checking our website I confirmed that your Samsung Galaxy S7 is a supported device so it should be working well. That being said, could you please confirm if you're still having issues to pair your Versa 2? I'd recommend to make sure the Android version is updated in your phone, as well to have your Fitbit device within 20 feet from your phone so it can sync correctly.

If by any chance you're having issues, please check this help article with some tips that will help you out.

Keep me posted!

Not sure if this could help you, but if you have a Samsung Android phone (or any Android phone, actually) you could also try going into the "Optimise Battery Usage" settings and make sure that the following are disabled (meaning: NOT optimised. Just make sure to turn the switch off )

- Fitbit app

- Bluetooth
- Bluetooth Midi Service
- BluetoothTest

This procedure has helped me in the past with a bluetooth handsfree that could not pair and work correctly with my Galaxy S7.

Furthermore, make sure you have updated to the latest version of the Fitbit app.
You could also try this guide:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/

If nothing of the above works you could try the earlier version of the Fitbit app 2.90. Google "Fitbit app 2.90 mirror" (without the quotes) and install that version. Before that, make sure you have gone into Android settings -> Apps. There, find the app and delete Cache / Data and then uninstall. Reboot your phone and install the 2.90 version. Mind you, Fitbit 2.90 version probably does not support Fitbit Premium and there is still a chance it might not be able to find and pair with Versa 2 (someone could maybe confirm this? ) as V2 had not been released back then.

Hi @LostEchoes, I'm glad to see you around and I'm sorry for my delayed response.

Thanks for stopping by and sharing great suggestions to help our friend with their Versa 2. I'm sure others will find your post very helpful! Just note that while it has worked for others, we do not recommend the use of an older Version of the App, as some features may not work as desire and sometimes it could also cause other issues.

I'll be around if you need anything else.
