My phone is a Oneplus 6t. I have read a response where someone fixed this problem but It doesnt work for me. It does receive calls but no other phone notifications like texts or emails.

I Hope this gets fixed Soon.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and for troubleshooting your device before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hello, thank you so much for your reply.

I already tried that link and some related to the topic. None worked.

I also searched for people with my problem and tried their "best answer", which didnt work either.

I think it may be a compatibility issue (if so i hope it gets fixed soon), but i dont really know since many people with the same device have no problems.
