My Versa 2 isn't recording my sleep or heart rate. I reset my fitbit and unpaired then repaired it to my Bluetooth. I did this twice. Still not working. I also noticed the lights that flash on the back of the watch is no longer on. Any advice on something im not doing fhat i should be.

If after doing a restart it still doesn't work probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
