My charge 4 will not sync with my android J3. Last sync was yesterday at 5:33pm. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, restarted phone, and reset bluetooth. Nothing has worked.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Samsung J3 that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
